Cosmos Brownie Company was started by the brother and sister team of Karl Schrecke and Karen Scipioni. Together they opened Cosmos cafe in Bowling Green KY in 2004. Intrigued by the opportunity to take their tastiest product nationwide. Now in 2011 have become an internet based business.
Our brownies are an Out Of This World experience. As siblings we often disagreed on our brownies. Fudgy! Or Cakey! So in a brownie batter standoff we finally agreed to mix both batters together.
